Massage therapy is a hands-on therapeutic practice that involves manipulating the body’s soft tissues (such as muscles, tendons, and connective tissue) to reduce pain and tension, improve circulation, support mobility, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.

Shiatsu is a Japanese non-invasive physical form of body work with an aim to bring the body back into its natural balanced state in which it has the ability to heal itself. Shiatsu is sometimes refereed to as 'acupuncture without the needles' as it works with meridians and the acupuncture points. The shiatsu therapist uses various ways to apply pressure on to the body using thumbs, palms, fingers, knuckles, elbows, and feet. Shiatsu aims to restore any imbalances, and invigorate the flow of Qi throughout the body.

Lindsay achieved her Shiatsu diploma from the Shiatsu School of Canada (now called the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy) in Toronto in 2014. She completed a two-year, 2,200-hour professional program which included over 500 hours of clinical practice, in depth theory and assessment of both Eastern and Western medicine studies. With training in Shiatsu, Tuina, Moxabustion, Cupping and Meditation, Lindsay provides treatments tailored to each individual’s condition. Along with Eastern medicine approaches, Lindsay also has the ability to work holistically using energetic methods to connect with the spirits.​ Besides Shiatsu Therapy, Lindsay has also completed her Recreational Therapy diploma from the Saskatchewan Polytechnic school in Saskatoon in 2017. Lindsay has a genuine passion and care for each of her clients and looks forward to bringing their health back to a balanced and happy state.

Nakyoung is a Registered Massage Therapist, based in Regina, and a proud graduate of the Western College of Remedial Massage (2021). Her background in healthcare began in Korea, where she worked as a licensed physical therapist for 11 years. She has been practicing massage therapy here in Regina, supporting people in relieving pain and returning to their daily routines. With a strong foundation in physiotherapy, Nakyoung brings a deep understanding of the humans body to her massage practice. This experience allows her massage practice. Bryan graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2012 and has been a registered member in good standing of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada ever since. He’s practiced with various spas and clinics in Saskatchewan over his almost 14-year career, most notably at Soma Salon & Spa and at Kyla Will Massage Therapy where he contributed to the business being voted Best in Regina by Prairie Dog readers three times. In summer 2024, Bryan completed certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Level 1 from Vodder School International and is eager to complement his deep tissue treatments with these new skin-deep techniques.
